Spicy Tandoori Chicken

Friendly Reminder: the * symbol indicates modifications made to be considered an IBS friendly recipe!
Ingredients:

3 lbs chicken
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
*1 tbsp garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil (original recipe would call for minced garlic)
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Coriander
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp Cloves
1/4 tsp Black pepper
➡Add cilantro…I hate cilantro so I omitted it hehe!

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and lather chicken breasts with it. Marinade for 8 hours or overnight. Bake for ~25 mins (depends on size of chicken) at 375•F!
