Mexi-Cali Tuna Salad

Whipped up this amazing, protein packed snack idea thanks to my newest recipe book! Check out “The New AbsDiet Cookbook” by David Zinczenko it’s an amazing book! I modified this recipe just a smidge! Great to eat alone, with a gluten-free or whole wheat tortilla, Mary’s organic crackers, on top of rice cakes…you name it!

Ingredients:

1 can (3 ounces) chunk light tuna in water, drained
1/2 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup salsa
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1/2 avocado, peeled and chopped (not shown in my picture)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except the avocado. Place the avocado chunks on top and enjoy!
