Paleo Poppy Seed Dressing



¼ cup cold-pressed olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp almond milk (or any milk alternative)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon (optional-I just love cinnamon and add it to everything!)
Pinch of black pepper


Whisk all ingredients together. Store leftovers in a glass jar for up to one week, as this makes much more than you will need for the salad! Enjoy xoxo
