3/4 cup coconut milk/almond milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup almond meal/ground almond
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 ripe bananas, mashed or cut into small chunks
1/2 cup to 1 cup of dark chocolate chips (depends how much ya like 😉
-Preheat oven to 350•F
-In a large bowl, mix the eggs, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and honey
-In a seperate bowl, mix almond meal, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
-Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
-Fold in the chocolate chips and banana chunks
-Grease a muffin sheet or fill up muffin holders with batter 3/4 of the way.
-Bake for 30 mins
