Coconut Whipped Cream

This is a great dairy-free alternative for whipped cream! Super easy too! Another great inspiration from http://www.againstallgrain.com-wonderful blog!

Ingredients:

A full fat can of coconut milk
1 tsp organic, liquid honey

Directions:

-Place the whole can in the fridge overnight.
-30 mins prior to making the cream, place a large glass bowl and your beaters to a hand held electric mixer in the freezer
-Take out your coconut milk can carefully from the fridge. You don’t want to disrupt the liquid and cream separation.
-Scoop that layer of cream that sits on top into your glass bowl
-Beat on high until peaks form, add your tsp of honey as your mixing!
