EASIEST and tastiest treat for a clean-eater!
-1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
-1 Tbsp liquid, organic honey
-1 Tbsp nut butter, I used peanut butter
-*Chocolate fanatics: Add 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder, or just use cocoa powder instead of nut butter if your not a nutty fan!!!*
-Any toppings you wish, I used shaved almonds and cinnamon. Other suggestions are unsweetened shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips, any crushed nut, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, carob chips, etc.
-Mix your melted coconut oil, honey and nut butter together and layer thickly on your apple.
-Place in freezer for a few minutes.
-Once solid, layer another thick layer on and sprinkle with your toppings.
-Place in freezer again for another couple minutes until your apple is solidified!
