Paleo Meatballs

I enjoyed these grass-fed lean ground beef meatballs over spaghetti squash! They stuck together like glue and tasted great!

Ingredients:

2 lbs grass-fed beef/bison
1/4 of a large white onion, diced
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 egg white
1/3 cup ground almond (or almond flour or almond meal)
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp original mrs. Dash
1/2 chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced white onion
1 cup canned organic diced tomatoes

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 375•F
-In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients excluding the last three ingredients (mushrooms, sliced onion, and diced tomatoes)
-Roll into little 1″ balls and place in a deep baking sheet covered with tinfoil
-Place the mushrooms and onions on top of your meatballs and pour the diced tomatoes with liquid on top.
-Bake in the oven for ~30 mins, turn your balls once over halfway hehe 😉
