Paleo/ Whole 30 Friendly Mayonnaise



1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil (melted if solid)
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tbsp fresh rosemary
1/2 Tbsp fresh basil


-Mix everything but the coconut oil and olive oil in a food processor.
-Once mixed thoroughly, add the oils in slowly with the machine still running. Let run until smooth and creamy

*lasts for 2 weeks in fridge
*Makes 1 and 1/2 cups
