Peanut-Maple Frosting


I love that the simplest things truly turn out the best! The recipe for the pomegranate pancakes are already on my blog…a few posts back! But I wanted to share this EASY 3 ingredient frosting/icing with you all because it’s a perfect texture to be used in any kind of baking (cookies, cupcakes, cakes, etc.) It’s nice and sweet so kids will love it too!


-1 tsp coconut oil, melted
– 1 tbsp pb2 (it’s a powdered peanut butter, if you don’t have-just try processing some peanuts until you get a fine flour) *You could try an organic peanut butter as well but I don’t think you would get the same texture)
-2 tsp pure maple syrup


-Mix all ingredients together thoroughly 🙂
