Basil-Spinach Pesto

A dairy-free pesto sauce you can enjoy on, or in anything!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup fresh basil
1 cup spinach
1 large garlic clove
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup EVOO
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

-Mix all ingredients together in a food processor except the EVOO and sale and pepper.
-With the machine still running, slowly pour in the EVOO and continue mixing until your pesto sauce is completely mixed.
-Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
