4 Ingredient True Protein Pancakes

Easiest thing I’ve ever made to get a crazy high protein intake…in 5 minutes! These guys are literally guilt-free! Along with gluten-free, and grain-free! I used the base of @fitfoods (on instagram-great feed if you are not following her already!) cinnamon rolls. So, you can make cinnamon rolls with this recipe too apparently! Just fry the entire recipe’s batter in coconut oil and roll it up, then cut into bite-sized pieces and top with a protein frosting made with vanilla protein powder and almond milk! Or you can make pancakes-which is what I was craving!

Ingredients:

1 cup egg whites
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
*coconut oil-just for frying

Directions:

-Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
-You can make 4 small pancakes, or 2 big pancakes! Or fry the whole recipe at once for the cinnamon rolls!
-Top however you wish! I fried half a banana in coconut oil and topped my cakes with that and unsweetened shredded coconut!
