1 (19 ounce/540 ml) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
-Preheat oven to 325•F
-In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas with all other ingredients, toss and mix well.
-Place the chickpea mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until crispy and dry!
