Frozen mango chunks
Coconut milk (or any milk alternative-this ingredient is optional. The addition of milk or not depends on the consistency you desire for your sorbet)
-Take your frozen mango out of the freezer 5-10 minutes before you want to make your sorbet
-In a food processor, blend your frozen mango, and a splash of milk alternative if you desire, and a few mint leaves
-That’s all it takes!
