Another recipe inspired by the oh-so-amazing @joneacie on instagram! These protein pancakes are to die for. They really are this green, and no-you don’t taste the spinach!!! Try them and fall in love 🙂
1 and 1/2 cups of spinach
1 heaping scoopful of vanilla protein powder
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp ground flax
-In a food processor, pack down the spinach as good as you can. Add all other ingredients and process until you reach a nice, bright green batter!
-Proceed to pan and make your hulk healthcakes in coconut oil.
-🌟 Tip: make sure to stir batter before each new batch you pour, this ensures an even pancake, that will cook all the way through!
