Coconut-Cinnamon Covered Bananas

This is my new best friend! It’s quick, tasty, and cures the sweet tooth! Eat them alone, or use as a topping on your favorite protein pancakes!

Ingredients:

A banana
Cinnamon
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Coconut oil

Directions:

-Chop your banana, and place it in a bowl.
-Pour in enough unsweetened shredded coconut to thoroughly cover all the banana slices. And add cinnamon-as much as your taste buds want! Shake/mix these 3 ingredients around until you can’t see any banana
-Fry in coconut oil for a couple minutes on each side
