Almond Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ground almond
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash or sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
EVOO

Directions:

-Mix all ingredients together and coat salmon
-Lightly drizzle EVOO over salmon
-Bake at 350•F on parchment paper for ~15 mins

🌟Note: this “breading” tastes amazing on everything! Salmon, tilapia, chicken breasts, turkey, etc.
This recipe is enough for 4 servings.
