3 large kale stocks
1 tbsp EVOO
Spices of your choice-I usually just use mrs. Dash or sea salt. You are just going to sprinkle your spices lightly on top. Don’t over spice because the kale leaves shrink as they bake so you will end up will over spiced chips!
-Wash your kale. Pat to dry with paper towels, or use a salad spinner to dry the leaves as much as possible-the dryer your leaves-the crispier your chips!
-Break off bite-sized pieces of kale (or chip sized)
-Place kale leaves on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
-Pour your EVOO overtop and sprinkle your chosen spices on top. Mix thoroughly until all leaves are coated.
-Bake at 325•F for ~8-10 mins. Keep a close eye, the bake quick! When edges start to brown they are done!
